Week 1
05/01: 298
05/02: 297 -1
05/03: 295 -2
05/04: 294 -1
05/05: 295 +1 ugh no exercise and little food
05/06: 294.25 -.75
05/07: 294.5 +.25 ugh no exercise & little food

Total weekly loss was 3.5 lbs.
I noticed that the 2 days I was too busy to exercise or to eat all of the food on my plan I gained!

Week 2
05/08: 296.5 + 2 Pizza is a no-no
05/09: 295.25 -1.25
05/10: Busy taking care of ex after his surgery

05/17: Ex is well enough to leave the State and get back to his own thing and I am back getting on track.
05/18: 300 This is what happens when you have other things interfering with your life. But now I am back. +5.75
05/19: 297.5 -2.5
05/20: 297 -0.5
05/21: 298 +1.0 Midnight binge was a no-no. When will I learn! Same weight as when I started!!

Week 4
05/22: 299 + 1.0 Had a Subway BBQ Chicken last night. I knew better too.
05/23: 297 - 2.0 Started using the program LoseIt!
05/24: 294 - 3.0
05/25: 291 - 3.0
05/26: 291
05/27: 291 I will take it! Went to movies with boyfriend. Lots of hot buttered popcorn.
