May 4, 2011 At my Endo appointment, the Dr. tells me to work on maintenance. My maintenance range is 145-150.

I'm in! Last month I made it almost to my first major could-be-done goal of 165 that I set at the beginning of my journey. It was my low high school weight. Now that I am pretty much there I think I could stand to lose another 30-40 pounds, honestly, but I look and feel quite normal which is excellent news!
Most of this month will be spent maintaining a weight range of 166.0-170.0, with corrections if I end up on either side of that. If I don't end up pregnant this month then I will go for losing some more toward the end of May. Otherwise it is maintenance for a bit.

May's Goals-to do the 5k with my daughter, stay in Onederland (even in spite of TOM), lose 8 lbs this month! And, feel great for my trip to Mackinaw Island on June 1st with my son's class (8 mile bike ride!) oh, and make my BLC Blue Team Proud!
