Default 4 cups of Vegetables

Is anyone having less than 4cups a day and still losing weight? I find it too hard to eat and read somewhere that it was ok to eat a little less.

I eat the 4 cups. Try cooking veggies and mixing in with the IP soups. Blend 2 cups of spinach into a shake. You won't taste it.

I try but there are just some days I can't do it. On the run, can't choke them down, whatever. Try your best.

In my experience, I have still lost when I could not get them all in, but it works better overall when I do get them eaten. Sometimes, I admit they seem like a lot to eat! Still I get those veggies out for consumption. I have spread them out over the day as snacks when I felt I couldn't eat them "in bulk" at a sitting with meals.

Veggies are measured raw.

1 c at breakfast, 1 c at lunch, 1 c at dinner and another cup at eve snack time. This is the only way I can get them down. And you do feel fuller if you do get your veggies down.

If I know I'm going to have a particularly busy day on the road, etc, I stuff 2 cups down with breakfast - nothing goes better with a Pina Colada smoothie than Garlic Roasted Cauliflower, right? My husband thinks I'm a little crazy, but I just am willing to do whatever it takes!
