Good Morning ya'll! I hope everyone has a wonderful day! I am off on a field trip, which will also mean my first meal that I didn't make. It will be subway so I am good to go with a salad and I will take my bar. But I LOVE subway and hope I am not tempted by 70 people eating subs and me with my salad!!!

So after my coach told me I was not in ketosis and ya'll saying it hits day 5ish, I think that I probably am in ketosis (especially since I had a good WI) and am just run down from all the germs at school and the stress of life.

Chloe (I think that is who is having surgery) Good luck on your surgery!

Good Morning All.

Still doing good and completely following IP. The big first WI is tomorrow. I just realized that I have been forgetting about using my sea salt. Will this have a negative affect on my weight loss? Make it a great day~

I'm very proud of myself - I had my first meal out yesterday.

During coctail hour I had a couple of glasses of water and just kept drinking it all night.

It was buffet and I asked for roast beef without the gravy. I didn't have much salad becuse it had shredded carrots in it. She had told me the veggies were just made with olive oil, so I ate them but picked out the green beans.

When the dessert tray came to the table, I didn't really want to eat them and just told myself that "nothng tastes as good as thin feels".

When I got home, I had my snack.

WI # 3 today, looking forward to it.

Ducksmy, Thank you so much please keep the prayers coming. I guess Im not a person who uses salt so it slipped my mind until I seen it in my bag this morning. I will start using it today. I have been eating on plan and all requirements so I hope tomorrow goes well.

Im at work as we speak. Enjoy your day, be safe

It might effect it, but just make a note of it in your food log for reference, not to worry... I forgot mine at first too.

Good morning, I had my second WI yesterday and was down another 4! I am loving this program. I spent the weekend away OP which really boosted my confidence in my ability to reach my goal. As challenges come up I'm going to try and see them as opportunities to become stronger and stronger. Well it's time to get ready for work, hope everyone has a great day....

Have fun! Great planning - that makes all the difference in the stress levels of staying OP. Good for you!!!

Good morning everybody! Another day, another bit of basement or backporch to cleanup for me. I kept procrastinating yesterday, logging in here way too much... , but I finally got back to work.

I just found Crystal Lite lemonade made with stevia (Nutiva) instead of the dreaded aspartame. Don't know if this is new or my Walmart just started carrying it, but it will be a welcome change. As with all powdered mixes, it does have some maltodextrin to prevent caking, but I prefer the stevia. I'm hoping it makes a decent homemade jello too...

Well, hope you all have a perfectly loverly day!

Thanks Sewman, Im trying not to stress and worry about WI tomorrow now due to me forgetting to use it. When you are so not use to using salt its hard to remember to now use it. Thanks for the encouragement
