Wink Let's celebrate! Thursday DAILY 8/14

YAHOO, Yippee! WOO HOO!

Today I celebrate ONE MONTH on the Beach.

I am celebrating my new WOE & new WOL.
I am celebrating my new attitude.
I am celebrating the friendships here.
I am celebrating my family's attitudes toward me and my WOL.
I am celebrating good choices.
I am celebrating thinking healthy instead of diet.
I am celebrating how I feel about myself.
I am celebrating trying new things.
I am celebrating that I can say NO and mean it.
I am celebrating that I am in CONTROL.
I am celebrating hunger and knowing the difference.
I am celebrating a new me.

What are you going to celebrate about today?

We all are doing so well. Some are losing, some are staying the same and some are gaining, but sometimes you have to gain before you start losing.

We all are changing our eating habits and ways of thinking.

We all are learning to handle LIFE'S curve balls better.

We all are happier with ourselves than we thought was possible.

Keep it up Ladies, I am proud of all of us.

No rain here, lower temps! HA upper 90's.
This is a do "nothing" day for me. Maybe I will pamper myself with a long warm/cool bath and read a Danielle Steel book.

Have a Celebratory day.

Lady

Good Morning.

Another pound gone this morning

I wasn't really hungry yesterday, and had to force myself to eat a slice of turkey for supper.

Running late this morning, so I will try to check back later.

Have a good day.

Hi Everyone....

Today I am celebrating the fact that I'm not giving up....

I'm celebrating that I've found a place here that gives me the chance to be honest with myself and let it be known when I cheat.

I'm celebrating the beginning of a new life!!!

Thanks everyone..

Have a great day on the beach..

Marcie, what a great topic to start the day! Celebrations! If we look hard enough we can all find something to celebrate!

I am celebrating...

a new resolve!
a better attitude!
an improved schedule!
feeling fit!
working up a good sweat!
enjoying food and not being a slave to it!
being better at 43 than I was at 42! Yup, it's my birthday today!

ZuzeQ-congrats on your continued success...make sure you are getting enough to eat or your bod will start getting stingy and won't let any fat go!

Dotismom-WOW! 17 pounds! Now THAT'S a lot of celebrating!

Whimsey-You go girl! What an inspiration! And have fun cleaning...if that is humanly possible!

Di-here's to not giving up...or giving in! Yeah!

sflake-and here's to size 18 jeans! Not to mention all the other great stuff!

Hope you all find reason to celebrate as you go through your day...be it large or be it small!

-My husband who has been my biggest cheerleader
-My family
-My new puppy
-My new attitude - more positive!
-My health
-My ability to laugh - today I learned dogs and rollerblades don't mix!
-SBD - that has give me th opportunity to learn why my body was reacting to food the way it did!

Well, I'm only on Day 4 of Phase 1, so I don't have much progress-wise to report (I am avoiding the scale--once weekly weigh-ins and that is it), but I HAVE been awfully virtuous in resisting temptation.

Day 1: Office birthday, cake provided. I drank water.
Day 2: Office good-bye party. More cake. More water.
Day 3: Happy hour. Alcohol AND cheeseburgers with fries on
special. I splurged and had Diet Coke (albeit with
caffeine--I'm only so strong).
Day 4: Training meeting. Pastries and muffins and bagels and OJ
and cranberry juice. Again, I had water. Mmm, water.

I don't know how I am scale-wise, but I am feeling a bit smug in managing to say "no" to everything I would have said "yes" to not 5 days ago. It's something, anyway.

I an Celebrating My *Will Power *

I am so proud of myself. Only 4 days into the induction phase , and i think I have done very, very well. I messed up once, but It could have been worse

I am also celebrating the fact, that I NO LONGER feel bloated after I eat. I was always bloated after i ate ( mainly carbs ) and I was miserable, so It feel pretty good, to NOT feel bloated

Congrats to those who have LOST weight. keep up the good work.

Hang in there to those who are still waiting to lose. You will get there
