Hello

Jillian Michaels 30 day shred, I'm currently using it and seeing good results. You probably won't lose so much weight, but you will lose inches. So make sure to take your measurements before you start.

Good luck!

The great thing with HIIT is that you can do it literally with anything--even walking. I agree that J. Michaels kicks butt on 30-day Shred. If it seems too much just yet you might want to check out Leslie Samsone's Walking Dvd's.

Yea, I was going to say Jillian Michaels too - 30 Day Shred, and also Ripped In 30, which I actually kind of prefer now - four levels instead of 3.

Cathe Friedrich also has a bunch of specific HIIT videos - but she is also TOUGHHHHHHHHHHHHH!! In a good way!

While I do agree with thighs be gone, Leslie Sansone IS great, but please don't be put off by Jillian's videos - when I started working out, I couldn't fnish level one but it was the biggest accomplishment when I could. She tells you herself - she has 400 lb people on the biggest loser doing these moves - anyone is capable of working hard and doing them and there are always modifications. Plus, the best part of doing videos at home - the pause button!

Of course, any option you choose is great as long as you choose something!

Wow!! Thanks so much :-) I have an opportunity to borrow a Jillian yoga meltdown dvd and the 30 day shred, so I think I'll try them out! You guys rock for all your quick, helpful responses :-)

No problem, glad to be of help. Just remember to take measurements, stay on a calorie deficit and NOT over train. You can do it!

30DS is only 20 minutes?! Oh man, I just ordered it. Hopefully I can get a little more tone in my arms before summer really hits

Thumbs up HIIT Workout

I love me some HIIT!!!
I don't know about DVDs, but the website I use has a ton of free workout routines-they don't try to sell you anything and they give you complete workouts!!! I don't remember the site right off the top of my head, but if you google HIIT it for six pack abs you'll probably find the right one.
I did the second one they posted first-should have done the first one first....will kill you, but amazing workout!
