Hi all. I used to be all over challenges like this. If I'd stuck to them, I might not have regained so much of my loss.
No use crying over spilled milk, I'm here now and determined this time.
GW: 179.9 (or less)
My goal is a stretch, but I think I can make it with hard work and perseverance.
4/9: 204.8 (SW)
4/16: 204.4 (- .4)
4/23: I got a depressing number this morning. If it is still there on Wednesday, my official weigh day, I will post it here for all to see.
4/30: Another depressing number, but here it is 205. (+ .2 from starting)
5/7: 209.4 (+5.4 lbs) This is totally not fair.
5/14: 203.4 (FINALLY!!!!!) (-1.4)
