I just wanted to tell all of you that I actually lost 4 pounds in 5 days while traveling!! I did what you suggested and stuck with the eggs for breakfast, Caesar Salads at lunch and I only ate the meat off of hamburgers at night. I didn't touch bread at all!! I had also pre-packaged 30 pistachios in little baggies just in case. Thanks to all for your input.
Great job on the weight loss!! Especially while traveling. I do well as long as I can get a grilled chicken ceasar salad! I like to carry the light cheese sticks with too! Hope you have continued success!!
