I am soooo excited. I just started NS. I'm on my 4th day and can already tell the difference in the way my clothes are fitting!!! I chose to do just lunch and dinner with NS but need suggestions on what to do for breakfast? I am pre-diabetic/insulin resistant so any help would be appreciated.

Congratulations! It's great you're doing so well with the program already and that you are so motivated. Just make sure you keep that motivation when the times get tough and it will be a breeze the entire time!

I will be starting NS soon! Glad to hear you are liking it so far. How do you do lunch and dinner only? Don't you have to choose breakfasts and snacks with the plan?

To answer your question, NS seems to be pushing protein, so maybe eggs? Or a low sugar cereal if you'd enjoy that more? I know they have a couple of cereals on their plan, so if you can match up a normal cereal with the nutrition stats of one of theirs, I'm sure that would work perfectly well.

I'm starting Nutrisystem tomorrow and am really excited! I can't wait to stop TALKING about how unhappy I am with my weight and finally be DOING something about it.
