Hi Ladies,
I haven't posted here in a long while, but because I not only fell off the wagon, I destroyed the wagon. So here I am, to regain control of my weight and my life! I also can't seem to remember my old user id.
I want to lose 45lbs, but lose it in a way that I can maintain. I am the queen of extreme, but extreme I just can't maintain. So it may be slower to come off, but I'm certain it'll stay off!
I am not happy at where I weighed in...@215lbs, but I believe the more important thing is where I end up.
My big challanges are my commute(it leaves me little time to exercise and my train is often late coming home) and stress(my job and job hunting).
But...that which does not kill me only makes me stronger. Right?
It feels good to back amounst those who not only understand, but are going through the same thing!
