Default Pumpkin Spice Muffins

I have been searching for a healthy muffin recipe to make every now and then because I enjoy a great warm muffin for breakfast and I ran across this one. I will make this on the weekend and see how it turns out.

Pumpkin Spice Muffins

1 Box Spice Cake Mix
1 15 oz. Can Pure Pumpkin
1 Cup of Water
Mix together one box of spice cake mix, 1 cup of water, and 1 can of pumpkin. It may help to mix the water into the mix before adding the pumpkin. Transfer batter to a muffin tin. Bake 18 - 21 minutes or as directed on the spice cake mix box. Makes 24 muffins/cupcakes.

I will freeze them and just take them out when I want one for breakfast or a snack.
