For any of you that are in the Quarter systems at college, you know that Spring quarter is starting up! I would like to focus this challenge on the months of April, May, and June! To lose weight and get ready for the summer months!
I am currently sitting at 220 and have been stuck in this rutt for he past 3 months. I want to use these 3 months to lose the 20 pounds and finally be down in the 100's!
Finding time to work out with school, work, and partying is quite hard, but I am dedicated to making it work this quarter.
Are any of you ladies in a similar boat?? I think this would be a great little challenge to motivate eachother and focus on just the 20 somethings.
We would weigh in regulary once and week on Sunday or Monday (whichever works best for you) and there would be a table rewarding women who get closer to their goal every week. What do you say ladies?? You ready for this?

I would love to join! This is my last quarter as we are going to semesters! I would like to lose 20 pounds too! I weighed in this morning at 215.8 so I will use that even though I'm not logging it anywhere else yet. (I'm hoping I still see this or a lower number sunday when I officially weigh in!)
I'll join! I have terrible sticking power for these things but I think if I try, it will help my progress at least. So I apologise in advance! We dont have quarters here and its autumn now, and I finished uni in Feb, BUT I would like to lose 7.1kg by the end of June- 15 pounds. Since people are aiming for 20lb, this feels do-able! I usually weigh in on a friday though- would that be ok? Although I guess if i do weigh in on mondays the difference in kg should be the same right?
Hi! I am relatively new to the forum and would love to join this challenge! Even though I graduated last Spring, my goal to get to onederland by June is similar!
i'm weighing in at 157.2 today! my goal for the month of april is to be at 150, & overall goal by the end of june is 138...so making some progress so far (:
Ok ladies! Its the first day of my Spring Quarter and the first day of me starting this challenge! I forgot to weigh myself before i had breakfast this morning, so i will do that tomorrow morning.
I woke up and had 8am class, and now i am sitting at work. Soooo tired already! But ill be hitting the gym with some friends after my last class at 3:30.
How are you all feeling about this week? ready to start off the 3 month quarter with a bang??
