I don't know what has happened, but I seem to be out of control .
Did Atkins for about 1 year and lost twenty pounds, now I have gained it all back and have to start over.

Tried SB a few weeks ago but I guess my heart wasn't in it and I gave up.

This time is different.

I am pumped and ready to go. Wish me luck

Throw out the word diet and think health. It really will make a difference. This is a new WOL and WOE. You have to want it for yourself, NOT for anyone else. Please post often, ask questions and vent your feeloings. Keep a food/feeling diary and "see" what is going on in your life. REMEMBER we all have slips and accept them, and then move on. DON'T QUIT!

It is actually a very easy WOE. I have only been on it since Monday, but I am already down 8 lbs.
