Default to tummy tuck or lipo, that's the question..

Ok, so I'm pretty new to the forum. One question, I"m not sure if any of you could answer but its always nice to get an opinion.

When is a good time to get plastic surgery? My problem is, is that since I've lost weight I still have this belly pooch thing that has this indent thing about 3inches below my belly button. So I don't know if I should even consider a tummy tuck or lipo. Or should I just wait and see if it resolves if I lose more weight. Same thing for my hips/love handles. I seem to have this constant muffin top, only its a smaller muffin. I know for a fact that when the time comes I'm going to get laser treatments to reduce the stretch marks on my hips.

When did you lose the weight? What's your bodyfat percentage?
Skin definitely needs time to tighten up. Also, check your bodyfat percentage. Skin has a lot fat attached so if you bodyfat % is high it will be saggy and a muffin top. If you develop muscles (strength training) and decrease your bodyfat you won't have much of a problem anymore.
Try eating lots of protein and strength training.
