Chocolate Vita Tops or Fiber One 90 calorie chewy bars. Both under 100 calories and have a good amount of fiber...and chocolate!

Freeze bananas. Blend bananas until smooth. Result: Banana ice cream! (Everyone should really try this at least once - it is shocking how decadent it tastes.)

Frozen blueberries with almond butter or cream can also be crazy good.

This is absolutely true! They are so good and if you add a little cocoa powder (just regular cocoa powder not with sugar) and blend it with the banana you have a chocolate banana shake..

I LOVE Kroger brand CARBmaster yogurts-- 60 calories, 4 carbs, 1.5 fat, and only 3grms of sugar. The Bananna cream pie, white chocolate raspberry and strawberry pomegranate are to die for. If you REALLY get to checking labels or looking in a calorie counter book at ALL the brands of LITE yougurts, it is shocking how many carbs and sugars are added! I don't want to eat 20-40 grms of sugar and carbs just to get a sweet fix! I am SO glad to have found this brand. A little dollop of lite cool whip is nice on them sometimes too!

Arctic Zero!

It's not quite ice cream, but it's close enough for only 150 cals per PINT (37 calories for a 1/2 cup size serving, which would be like 200 if it were ice cream). I can eat it out of the pint container, eat half the carton and feel like I really pigged out on ice cream, but actually only had 74 calories! Plus it's loaded with protein and fiber so it's actually quite filling. I just wish they sold it at some stores closer to where I live. I stock up when I'm anywhere near a store that sells it. The Maple Vanilla and Mint Chocolate Cookie are my favorites.

I love to use frozen grapes when they're in season. I wash them and portion them into ziplock bags (1 cup = 100 calories) and once they're frozen, they taste amazing and take a very long time to eat. Yum! If I do the frozen banana ice cream that someone suggested earlier, I love to add some vanilla extract to it...double yum!
