Outside of genentics, there aren't too many things that you can do to prevent saggy skin. You aren't starting off too large so that will probably be the biggest factor in how much extra skin you will have. The second thing you can do is moisturize daily and massage your skin. Drinking plenty of water is also a must for supple flesh. If you lose weight slowly, you will retain the best skin elasticity. Taking a multivitamin is recommended if you can't get most of your nutrients through diet.
That is pretty much the extent of what you can do to prevent saggy skin.
