Default chinese vegetable lo mein please help??

im getting all kinds of calorie counts on vegetable lo mein ( the pint size )

evreywhere from 820 to 470 .... i like the idea of 470 but is that an accurate

calorie count for a pint of chinese lo mein??


how do you know what is acurate and what is under/over ?

I'm pretty sure it's closer to 820 in most places. It depends on how they make it, though.

I think it would depend on the veggie to noodle content and how greasy it is. If you make it at home and sub in more veggies for noodles, it would be lower calorie then if you got the mostly noodle version from chinese take out. If you are getting it from a chain store like panda express, they should have the calorie count online.
