Do you mean that you want to join a thread? If so, you can click on any of them that look good to you, and then simply hit "post reply" - upper left - and jump on. I often just click on "new posts" on top of the forum page and it gives me a chance to see what is recent and active.
You will find most people very friendly and supportive. There are threads for specific diets, specific challenges, some for different age groups, just about anything you can think of. You can jump on and off of them as you find yourself a few places to call "home."
If you are thinking about something else, I'm probably not the one who can help you out.
