I also write down everything, including my water intake. That way, I know I am getting the amount I need, and not forgetting about it.

Things didn't change for me until about day 5 -until then, I was super hungry all the time. I was pretty hungry day 5-10. Now I am on day 13 and feel moderate hunger right before meals. I have stopped thinking about food all the time - which is great, because I sit right next to it all day.

Hang in there - you are doing great! Hopefully you will feel better soon.
