Looks like there are quiet of few of us that work from home. I think Phase 3 is just getting all of the things we are not used of eating back in your body and trying to get used of them again, carbs and sugars. It is expected (i believe) when you go into Phase 3 to have a gain. It is a good feeling though to know that I can go back to phase one and get those few lbs off again with no problem. I have read that even the ones on Maintenance go back to phase 1 after their cheat day. I suppose its all part of the program, we just learn as we go along
