This was sent to me, and I don't follow their daily vlogs or anything but I thought this was pretty amazing. Got me pretty choked up for a bit.
This guy has lost over 100lbs, and is running a marathon.

The actual marathon (so minus all their vlogy bits about their day in the beginning) starts at 12min. And the first time she seems him (I think it was at mile 11) is at like 16:55

I loved how proud she was of her husband, and how he included the old videos of when he was overweight .

I do watch their vlogs though lately I haven't been up to date with them but it's pretty amazing what Shay did! He started quite a few times over the years to try and lose weight but actually accomplished it last year! so awesome

100lbs is amazing. He did a weekly weigh in thing with his friends to lose it. He has good friends for support
