3 Day Diet?
Has anyone tried this diet? I should probably preface that I understand this is a fad diet and not something that I would stick to forever.
I have a vacation in 5 weeks and then another one in 8 weeks that I am trying to lose this stubborn 10lbs for. I did some research on what I could do and this diet seem to pop up everywhere I looked. I read alot of reviews of people that were/are on it and I would say 95% lost some good weight doing it.
I started it today but am a bit nervous. It's basically going off what I have been doing for the past 9 weeks. I have been doing low carb and for the most part it is low, but I just hope I am not sabotaging myself.
Anyone have any insight?
