Default 4 mile walk

Well, we're about to go on a four mile walk with my husband, my sister, my niece and our 4 dogs :O My husband and I go for a mile long walk every night and we decided that on the weekends we're going to find a trail in town to walk. Well, the closest trail I could find it 4 MILES long! I like to do one long walk a week, last week it was 3 one mile walks. I'm a little worried about this walk, but I'm sure I can do it. I'll update when we get back

Hope you have a great time - that's quite a distance, but I'm sure you'll feel awesome when it's done!

Default I Did It!!!

Yay!!! We did it ! It was a beautiful evening to go for a walk. We did take all four dogs (three shih tzus and one pug). Our pug is 8 years old, and one of the shih tzus is a little tubby, plus it's a long walk for anyone with legs that tiny, therefore, we have a dog stroller. So, I walked the full four miles in one hour and 45 minutes WHILE pushing the stroller, most of the time it had about 50 pounds in it. My lower body is pretty darn tired, epecially my feet, but it was a good time and I'm pretty darn proud.
