Default New to Site and Appreciate all advice

Greetings from Florida. My name is Michele. I just joined the site this morning. I have been calorie counting and working out for 2 weeks and I am down about 5 pounds. I am excited to join the forum and look forward to getting to know all of you. I am looking to lose about 50 lbs. I am trying to stay realistic. I am more about changing my life as opposed to just losing weight.
Thanks

Welcome to the site Michele and congratulations on your 5lbs loss! I would say the 50 lbs is completely realistic and you are well on your way! Good job!

Thanks y'all. I appreciate the support. I feel like I don't know what I am doing most days. How many calories to eat, fat, carb??? AHHH. I just stopped eating anything white, fried, or fatty. Hopefully that will work.

Do you have a smartphone? There are some amazing apps that aid in both calorie and macro nutrient tracking.
