Question Im in major need or support n modivation to loss weight!

Hi, ok I'm melanie I'm 27 a mother of 2 beautiful girls 2 & 5. I never had trouble with weight until I had my children. I'vedone pretty well so far! But I'm stuck on the last 20 lbs so today I decided to sign up and say "Ahhh I need help" if you new me oh boy, I'm always a go gether! My health isn't the best right at the moment sooo running etc is not an optionfor me anymore. Sorry if I'm rambling I have blogfright lol so any info at all would be great .. Ty all e

Welcome! There is tons of amazing advice here! Adding any type of movement possible (may it be walking or a low-impact aerobic water exercise) should help out and slowly build endurance.

Pick a hour of the night that you won't eat after.. like 7:15 pm. No food after that to prevent mindless snacking after the kids are in bed.

Hello and welcome!! I think walking would be a great way to start. Also how about walking up and down stairs in your house?
