I just thought I'd share what I've been doing daily to see if anyone else may want to do it. (I personally find it fun and challenging some days)
What I've been doing on my facebook is posting things like the photo below, or making my own every day each a different activity.
Today was for every "like" this gets, I will do one sit-up. Tomorrow is for every "like" I will do 5 step-ups.
Keeps you moving and changes up your workouts.
