Default I have been so frustrated....

So I had to compare pics today and post them because my scale hasn't moved since December It is really getting to me now but after comparing my 3 months pics from Nov to now I'm feeling better and SOOOOOO happy I've been taking pictures...they really do keep me on track or I probably would have caved by now with the scale not moving. Nov 18 I hit 199, by Dec I weighed 193 I hit 188 off and on between Jan and Feb, and this morning I weighed 192 lol. But the fat is moving and the muscle is coming in...sigh......patience really is a virtue!!!!

Ok, check yourself out in this photo right below your left elbow, that curve is quite defined now near the door frame thingie. And your stomach surely has shaped up especially near the belly button. I see that you are melting R. I hope my lengthy pm came thru to you last week? Keep doing what your doing because it is obviously working!

Wow, good for you for comparing pics -- it's obvious to see the change with them! You're really looking great!

I had a similar problem. I was excited to hit onederland and immediately went into a plateau as far as the number is concerned, so I became kind of discouraged and wasn't consistently tracking (my boyfriend also moved in during this period of time...only like three weeks but whatever) Anyway, this week I've been doing better so this week I've lost three pounds. Woohoo!
