1. Walk 45 minutes a day 5 times a week. (approx 15 miles a week)
2. Drink 70-100 ounces of water a day.
3. Maintain NO SODA (Been Soda Free since January 1, 2012)
4. No eating after 8:00pm.

2. Don't skip Zumba!!
3. Complete Jillian's 30 day shred.
4. Find and try 4 new low-calorie dinners to enjoy with the family.
(we're stuck in a rut of the same ol same ol)
1. Get out of the 160's!!!
2. Go from lifting 1x/week to 2x/week
3. Cut back on food spending (translation not eat out as much)
4. Resist buying clothes (well, maybe get some things altered for the time being...)
