You're going to love it here! About the bread, I think you'll be amazed that after a few days you won't be craving it....seriously....I know it's hard to believe. I am such a major sugar addict, I thought there was no help for me. I've been on SBD for two weeks now, and the thought of candy or cookies or cake or donuts or bread or pasta or.....well, you get the idea....does not even appeal to me in the least! I was in the grocery store today, and was hungry...in the past that would have been my undoing! In my "old life" I would have been filling my cart with loads of carbohydrates, anything that would be easy to get open as soon as I got in the car...I could eat a lot in the car from the store to my home! Today, I was looking at the candy in the check-out lane, and suddenly realized that
I did not want any!! It simply did not appeal to me. So, if I can get to this point, anyone can! Just hang in there, and give yourself a few days, and I think you'll be amazed.
