Default Gotta tell ya...
I cheated and weighed myself today. I know my week isn't over till Monday but I just feel so good, not bloated or anything so I wanted to check and I couldn't believe it.....7 POUNDS gone!!!!!!!!!! Know wonder I feel so good, and I don't feel like I lost out on anything. Never once felt hungry or craved.


I think this is the one....the one I can live with always....<smile>

CONGRADULATIONS!! This diet is just a hop,skip and a jump away frm being in heaven! I am a daily weigher, my bad,,always checking 2c if the weight is trying to sneak back up on me!! I was sold on this diet just by the cover "LOSE BELLY FAT FIRST!",I am on day 11 ph1/11lbs down & hv ribs,hipbones and a waistline again!! Isnt this diet the bomb...Happy beachin again 2day.............GOFISHIN

Now that kind of cheating is allowed! hard not to sometimes, huh? DH and I have been on the Beach since May 12th and we decided to not weigh this week! Try that one on for size!!
