Default Dieting on Birth Control Pills?
Since I got on the pill a year and a half ago I've gained 20 pounds. I went from 150-155 to 173-175. (5'5") I've recently started a diet/exercise plan and am down to 167.

Anyone else having difficulties losing weight while on the pill? Anyone care to chime in on what works/worked for them?

Glad I found this forum, just joined today!

No difficulties losing, but I always gain when I start the pill.
