Talking First Mini Goal!
Today I hit my first mini goal! I joined this website yesterday looking for encouragement and motivation and today after talking with a friend, I signed up Weight Watchers! This is exciting to me as I know that my biggest struggle I will endure while losing weight will be my battle with food, so I am really feeling confident this time with my weight loss!

All the posting on here are amazing! Glad I joined and am excited to get to know you all more!

Thanks! I'm going to a meeting tomorrow already and am really excited just to learn more and see what changes I need to make! (I know there are a lot of them!!)
