This week I'm committing to calorie counting through our pantry and the week after, we're switching to South Beach. We don't have a lot of white pasta or flour around anyway, but I'm going to cook through what we have and use portion control/calorie counting to stay on track and then...I'm ready to give up sugar for the most part. South Beach seems very reasonable and liveable to me and sugar makes me feel really REALLY bad these days.
