    My Feb. goal is 30 minutes a day, 6 days a week.
    495/720 wk 1 day 6

    Group Total : 2996 + 60 = 3056 Minutes
  • 20 min dvd walking +10 min minitramp

    3056+30=3086
  • 20 min dvd walking

    3086+20=3106
  • Hi ladies,
    it seems like I have not been here in forever!! But I have such good news, I finally hit my first 50 pounds gone, actually to be exact, it is 51, but who's counting.....ME!!!!!! lol

    I have noticed so many changes, I move more, walking, standing, running behind my grandkids and all of this is making such positives changes in my life.

    So today, I have already run a marathon!!! NOT, but it feels like it, running behind my grand daughter, McKenzi!!! I count that as exercise too!!

    Well, I just wanted to share, ladies that care.......have a simply outstanding day!!

  • Finally back on track. Bought 2 lb. hand weights. They feel like bricks!

    sorry my post was so long yesterday.

    I walked and stood for 8 hours today.
    Outcome: getting stronger
  • Happy with 750 this month

    750 + 3221 = 3971
