Red face Energy loss?

Ok so I'm on day 6 of ideal protein and my biggest complaint is my low energy level. I know everyone is different but I was wondering, does this get better? Is there something I can do? Something I can take?

I had no energy for 2 weeks... On the third week I attempted to do hark work... It was pretty tough... Hang in there... It gets better.

My first couple of weeks were hard. After that, energy was up and hunger was not a problem. Just hang in there.

im on the end of day 6 and im just starting to hit that bound of energy...the past 5 days have been exhausting but now im feeling energized and its actually hard to go to sleep now...and i dont really need a nap anymore during the day.

My first few weeks were very difficult. Fortunately I had the luxury of scaling way back in everything (even paying to get my house cleaned). Now in week 5 my energy level is incredible, yesterday went through both my and my husbands closets, organizing, etc. Spent the whole weekend cleaning the house. Just be patient, listen to your body, rest if that's what you need and I bet soon you'll be full of energy too!

I am starting week 4 and my husband and I were just talking about my energy level last night! It has improved considerably over the last several weeks. Before I was sure I needed a sugary snack to keep going. Now, though, I can see how the sugar was causing spikes and crashes. I'm not bouncing off the walls with energy, but I go all day long and am not tired until I fall into bed.

Keep going. You will see your energy improve!

glad to hear everyone say this... my reading the boards it seemed like Day 4 was the "magic day" but I haven't felt that way

I am on day 11 and I am sooo tired!!! I have been since day two. But I am grateful I don't have the headaches my Dad had when he started. I was actually worried about my energy loss and was wondering if it would end, but after reading all these posts I feel much better.

bigpassport - I am same height/weight as you were when you started, if you don't mind me asking, how long were you in phase 1 till you hit your goal? I was hoping to be in Phase 1 just 2 months, but i'm not sure if that is going to be a reality. No matter what I intend to stick to it! Congrats on achieving your goal!
