My husband (who is also on IP) and I are going away skiing in New Hampshire for 3 days. We are staying in a B&B and will have access to a fridge, but no microwave and we have two full days of snowshoeing and a day of downhill skiing planned.
Has anyone gone on ski / snowshoeing trips? I am looking for some good ideas to keep us OP while hiking and skiing. I am trying to think of some easy snacks to bring with us that won't ruin the diet. Any suggestions?
