Good Morning Chickadees!

All our bosses must be hanging around the office this morning. ;-)

I'm not feeling too perky, its TOM, but thankfully it will pass, and maybe I will be able to get up tomorrow morning and get some exercise before work.

I am trying to get my desk straight today. How did it get so bad?

Not much to report. I am just sitting here at work wishing I was home taking a nap. I would love to be curled up in the bed with the kitties and the dog. I don't see that happening though so I guess I will just push through the day.

Hey Nosey Rosey.... ROFL ... Orange roughy is fish, it is VERY VERY GOOD !! its not fishy, its light and flaky, no bones, wonderful on the grill or in the oven. I think its big on the west coast ? no Linny ?

Try it, I get mine from trader joes... you can eat a ton of it, low cal.

oh man leenie - that sounds wonderful!
but guess what - there is no trader joes anywhere around here. I'm not even sure if there is one in Louisiana???
I was picturing some sort of orange shake with cornflakes or something rough in it! lol lol lol

Hi everyone

It's almost 3 P.M. here & I am just getting to the computer. I am feeling good today....it is hot & sunny here today.

I booked a flight last night to see my 5 sisters & my brother in September....to Ontario....it was a really good price. So now I have to get serious about losing the weight I gained this past winter.

I went to the doctor this morning....needed more Flovent....it's for prevention with asthma.....I guess I had wishful thinking....hoping that I didn't have asthma.....but he listened with the stethescope & said I was wheezing.

So today I am buckling down to do my eating plan.

Hey everyone,

Man...it is almost 7 pm...days almost over. Today it just felt like biting bullets to get through the day with my sanity intact. I have been sticking to plan for the most part. I hate things that take lots of time...like weight loss and health maitenence..but I know that it will pay dividends. Anyways, I hope that everyone is fine/good/ etc.
