Has anyone done a mix of atkins and wonderslim? Keeping carbs at around 40 a day and protein around 125? Calories around 1400? If so- have you been as successful as if you were on just wonderslim or just medifast?
Maybe its just the food addict in me, but it seems so hard and a bit unrealistic to just be on wonderslim- and it seems more feesable to do atkins with wonderslim products mixed in for "snacks" or protein supplements.
*Im thinking of doind pure wonderslim for a month or 2 to get intial weight off then transitioning to atkins/ws combo. Thoughts?

Hi there. I just started the wonderslim but Im using them more as snacks ,or with something else for a meal.I dont wanna go that low in carbs but I am staying at abt 12-1400 calories a day. I gotta ease into it so 1 lean cuisine is actually helping cravings .but Im also eating at least 70 g of protein.
