I think I don't have school today... My class ends at 10am and that's when our school starts because of the weather... I'm so confused!
My jeans are fitting better! And I'm using a notch in my belt that was too small for me to use before! YEA BOI! LOL, I am loving this!

GOOD MORNING!
This really is the Couch Potato Diet! I have been sick with a nasty head cold since Wednesday. I've had my butt on the couch since then. I dropped 5 POUNDS this week! WOW. Haven't had a drop like that since the first few weeks.
Have a great week everyone!

Halfway to Initial Goal!
Good morning! I hope everyone had a great weekend!
50 lbs gone!!!! I am halfway to my initial goal of losing 100 lbs and feeling incredible! A lot of us have talked about what IP means to us, and I ditto all the positive comments re IP. This program is the perfect fit! It's restricted but not hard, it's results driven to a point but the science behind the program is what truly amazes me... no cravings? no hunger? I've never experienced this before! I LOVE this program!
So, at my week 12 WI (Saturday), I finally wrote down all my inches lost. I wasn't focusing too much on the numbers... more on how my clothes fit. Well, to my surprise, I've lost a total of 22 inches! 6 off my waist, 5 off my thigh (wow), 5.5 off my chest, 3.5 off my hips and 2 off my upper arm!
Wuv, thanks again for always preparing our daily chat... and all your motivating words of encouragement!

Congrats!!!! 1/2 is such an important step I agree this program works wonders for those who follow it. Can I ask how long you've been on? I know that no two people's weight loss will be the same, but I'm really hoping to hit the 50lb mark before we move in April.

That's why I love this diet! Honestly I don't have time to spend hours upon hours at the gym, and get lesser results to boot. Congrats!!
