Do not force yourself to eat something if you are not hungry.
It was more important on Momentum/TurnAround to eat all of your Daily Points. It's not as emphasized on the PointsPlus plan, as long as you're getting in your Good Health Guidelines.
The only time I'd personally be trying to get in more food is if I were consistently 10 points under daily or something.
I will start counting points for my fruits/veggies once I hit my GHG requirement. That usually will use up my left-over points. That way I'm still eating lots of fruits/veggies but i'm not binging on fruits/veggies and going waaay over the calories that WW built into the program for the "free" fruits/veggies. I also like to leave a point or two extra at the end of the day for things that I may have not counted properly (condiments, tastes of cooking etc)
