My Feb. goal is 30 minutes a day, 6 days a week.

Ok, I'm joining ya'll for this, as my February goal is to work on my exercise.
My personal goal for the month is 1200 - 60 minutes per work day, allowing for one missed day in the month.
As of today:
Personal total: (0 + 70 = 70 minutes / 1200)
Group total: 4238 + 70 = 4308
ugh, I ache so, so so so much. Spent just a few minutes short of an hour on the elliptical today.
Personal total: (70 + 58 = 128 minutes / 1200)
Group total: 4238 + 58 = 4386
Another elliptical training session. Machine said I burned 568 calories. Woo!
Personal total: (128 + 70 = 198 minutes / 1200)
Group total: 4386 + 70 = 4456
