  • Hello ladies! Still taking it a bit easier for now and did 2 Mile Fast Walk w/ weighted belt this morning.

    Thanks. I wondered. I should look into that; I find it hard to walk outdoors during summer months.

    I walked 40 minutes at the mall during my lunchhour again. I'll count it as 2 miles.
  • I still have trouble with the lunges in the 5 big miles and walk strong. I loose my balance and I've been doing this for 8mo. Any ideas? Did the five big miles today.
  • Carol - I'm sorry, I have no ideas on the lunges. I hate them! they actually bother my knees and I don't need that aggravation. sometimes I do them, sometimes I don't. sorry I'm no help
