Hey guys, it's a new year! I hear a lot of you saying, "I need to start logging my food again." Well why not do it right here? All are welcome to join!
B - oatmeal, flaxseed, banana, walnuts, skim milk
L - leftover moroccan chicken thighs on rice
D - roast duck, potatoes, salad, wine
E - dog walk
