You and me both Diana.... But you also have to give yourself permission to know its ok to have gained a little during this crazy time. For both of us, most of the weight gain is water and so, it will come off easier than fat. But doesn't it feel goo to know we have the ability and the will to want to deal with that gain and no to feel defeatd by it?
We don't have time to feel defeated! We had the potential to do so much worse. We are back on plan and that's all that matters! We enjoyed our down time, but it's time to get back on plan. We know what it takes to get it done!

7/17/16 Recommitting to my goal of getting back into the 160's.
9/01/16 I am committed to getting out of the 170's.

I started my most recent weight loss journey January 2008.
I lost 1/2 of my starting body weight and entered into maintenance May 2011.
Now the real work begins!
