Default Chicken cordon bleu ( without the breading)

What you need:
1 fat chicken breast per serving you want to make
1 slice of cheese ( I use muenster) for each breast
2 slice of canadian bacon for each breast

Boil a pot of water. Once it is at a rolling boil put in the chicken breasts. Boil until fully cooked. Take the chicken out then cut in half. Now pit the slice of cheese and 2 slices of Canadian bacon inside. Now put a small amount of olive oil in a skillet. Season the outside of the chicken breast how you like. (I use garlic pepper and some salt) then you lightly brown each side.

This Is delicious as a lunch with a salad or for dinner! hope you enjoy!
