I started my life change on December 11th and since then i have lost a total of 5.8 lbs and 19.5 inches!!!!!!!!!! I am so excited! i just had to share!!!!

Wow, good for you! What exercises are you doing to lose all those inches? I usually lose around the same amount in inches each month as I do in weight. But then again, I guess it all depends on how many areas you measure. I measure 7 areas.

Thanks!!!! I do cardio everyday for about 1 hour, weight lifting every other day with 5 lb weights. I measure both arms, chest, waist, hips, butt, cafe, and thighs. The thing with my body is i drop it in my belly first a lot of that has to do with the fact i had a c-section when i had my son...... I also have changed my diet and cut out soda!

Way to go, Icey! You said you'd never cut out soda, and look at that! You've done it! Keep up the hard work, and you'll be at your goal in no time! (And you'll have a bunch of healthy habits to boot!)
