Talking Goodbye First 5 (and no, you're not welcome back!)

Got on the scale this morning and um, yeah, kinda down to 219!!!!!
I haven't been this low in about a year. Every time I've tried losing I get stuck at around 3 pounds and kinda quit. I've been writing down everything that I eat and I've been diligent about it (no 'this doesn't count'). I've been waiting all day to go and post this. I can't wait to get lower like some of you! (or to get a signature so I can keep a tracker on the bottom and too!)

[To be honest, I was in such disbelief that I got on the scale like 5 more times to make sure and it was always 219.something. Do any of you ever get on and do that? i was dancing around and making so much noise my husband knocked and said "what the **** is going on in there!" ]

Also, someone at work saw me logging my weight into my app and I said "Hey, look at this, I'm down 6 pounds since last week", to which they said "Really? I can't tell..... I immediately threw her Christmas card into the trash

Congratulations! And yes, I very often get onto the scale over and over again; but often it is to try to make it go down just a tad when it is close, since I just keep track of my weight in whole numbers.

Funny about your husband wondering what you were doing, LOL. And how rude of your coworker to say they could not tell!
