I know this might not sound huge but I've been solid 225ish for at least the last year and a half. Every time I start a program and I'm good for about 4 days then the weekend hits and I get complacent. I've been 220.8 for the last 2 days and am hopeful that it's not only water weight. I'm going to jump up and down and dance all over the place the day I get under 220 and be a believer that this method of talking it out works! Fingers crossed that it's this weekend. ...Your going to make this weightloss happen. Congrats on your first few pounds down. Now you know whatever your doing is working
