I also love to make my own pizza and I'm going to start doing that again! The Flatouts are delicious, I have tried them. Actually, I have found that when I create my own versions of favorite foods, I cut a lot of calories. Another favorite is Chinese food, and I know what I make at home is so much better for me than takeout.
As for my wine, I have been buying the little mini-bottles (that come in 4-packs) and having two or three of those. I know to most people, that still sounds like a lot, but for me, it's not. It's much easier to have less because I'm not looking at a bottle seeing maybe just another glass left in it, so that "well I might as well finish it, there isn't much left" mentality does not kick in.
I know it is my choice as to how healthy I want to be. In the past, weight loss has always been more about how I looked rather than about my health. Now, I've started thinking about it for my health, and knowing that I want to feel good.
