I am going to commit to a mininum of 30 mins each day for this month as it's the month of laziness and craziness! Even if I don't work out everyday, I am going to ensure that at the end of the month I have at least 930 mins.
I will join you. I am going to aim for a total of 900 min by the end of the month (approx 30 mins per day). I want to complete the 30 day shread by the end of the month.

--- BB Bootcamp killed me - I haven't done this one since October (and that was when I was in 'safe mode' because of my knee injury).
I don't remember the upper body work (with the bands) being as punishing as they were this time around. On the positive side, I managed to do the abs/core exercises with better form (and less struggle!) so, YAY!! *Still sore the next day though.

Slim CB count me in! This IS the month for feasting and laziness so I need some accountability and I'm travelling right after Christmas for the New Year so I need to get in my 930 mins by Christmas! :/
